I was pleasantly surprised when my delivery showed up ahead of schedule, and I couldn't be happier with my order since everything came in great shape. What a nightmare! I ordered ten products and even shelled out extra cash for a freezer box and Saturday delivery. Instead, they only sent me two items and did it during the week, not on Saturday. They completely ignore my emails and won't pick up the phone! It feels like I've been cheated, so steer clear of this place.

I made a purchase on Saturday, July 9th, and received an order confirmation, but since then, I've heard nothing. There’s been no shipping info or tracking updates, and my order hasn’t shown up, even though I paid for Express Delivery (1-2 business days). I reached out to the supplier via email twice and tried calling them twice too, but no one got back to me. I had no choice but to cancel my order and request a refund.

**Just to add, about 20 minutes after I requested the refund through PayPal, I finally got a shipping confirmation email. I shot them an email right away to cancel the order since my refund was approved, but they didn’t cancel it, and now it’s on its way to me—totally useless since the event I needed it for is tonight.**

**I’ve adjusted my rating because the company did explain the delay, but the main issues still stand.**
